Mr Rodriguez was fantastic and should be given a raise on how well he handled the process. If he did this with mine, I’m sure he gives the same quality of work for all of your clients
The whole process from beginning to end was smooth.
I asked several times why a cash at closing was shown in preliminary loan documents. Finally got an answer from a supervisor when the rep was unable to provide an explanation. Also, during the application process I designated my choice for the closing attorney. Five days before the scheduled closing, my attorney had not been contacted by PennyMac and I was forced to use an unknown attorney for the closing and a specific (Amrock) title company-I suspect this increased my closing costs.
The process working with Penny Mac was very smooth and all questions were answered.
Requested response from processor three times regarding closing and never heard back. I had to deal with the title company. The processor stated she would request closing date from management but never did as she was off the next day and a back up processor called and stated that hadn’t been done. My loan was an extremely easy loan and I received the feeling that it was a burden if I asked even one question.

She was great. Unfortunately she wasn’t with me the entire time. It took about 3 extra weeks to close. Non of it her fault. She was timely and professional
We initially had a negative experience with the first loan specialist who was incompetent and unprofessional. We were strongly considering seeking assistance from another company. When we thankfully got reassigned to Shaitrice Culver, our experience changed for the better. Shaitrice was dedicated to helping us. She was always professional and competent. She had integrity and we are appreciative to the assistance provided. On behalf of my wife and myself, we say a big thank you to Shaitrice.
