Great customer service and staff. Uncomplicated process.
Easy and quick rate reduction
Only took six closings to get right. Felt like I was getting scammed when you are told to bring 3400 to closing two hours before closing when told it was going to be 300. Also payments four hundred higher than expected. Notary didn’t show up twice. Payments were too high 3 times and told to just sign and we will fix it later.
Due to the current environment I am sure that there are not as many employees working full time so I expect that there will be wait times for receiving help, but when I call in to receive help if I am not speaking to the person who is assigned to helping me with my loan processing and closing then basically I am speaking with a secretary to let them know that I called. That's what voice mails are for. I expect a manager to be able to see and at least have the same or more authority in helping

My loan officer was thrifty and flexible. He would reliably return my calls at the times requested to complete the loan process on time with my difficult schedule. He also got me an interest rate to die for!
