Iam not going to explain why things went that way , but it was processed.
The initial expectations started off strong but ultimately were not reached. Communication was dismal and broken. Felt like my initial loan went into a black hole and out came an serviceable standard loan that does service me nor my expectations. I hope down the road this is addressed and customer service does not take an backseat.
The best part was not having to go sign paperwork it was either e-sign or they came to me.
A good company willing to work with you.
