Closing this loan with Penny Mac was truly the most incredible loan experience I have had ever! It went so smoothly I almost couldn't believe it. Now this is a company you want to do business with!! Not to mention the fabulous rate! My processor, Yamila Jaimes should get promoted she was that great!!

My experience at the beginning with Ted was great! Once our loan got turned over however it wasn’t great. We were requested the same document that I had turned in numerous times. I got a voicemail asking to schedule closing and when I called back I was told that she accidentally called the wrong person. On the majority of my documents at closing my last name was spelled wrong. Refinancing with the same company was convenient but not a super smooth transaction.
Couldn't have been easier.
