PennyMac has been great since becoming my servicer of home loan years ago. Their communication via phone, online account secure messaging, and email are great. Because of the ease of communication and online experience I kept PennyMac to refinance. The speed and accuracy of refinance were great. Jericha and Karen provided answers quickly and accurately. The process went smoothly with a few delays in receiving answers to a some of our emails. Was not sure whether to check regular email or secure email. But when all was said and done we closed in time and received what we asked for.
The entire team kept us informed every step of the way. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. We had a glitch during closing and Jericha took care of it in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use PennyMac again.
