I will advise anyone that is seeking a new loan or a re-finance loan to try PennyMac. They provided me with the best service I have ever received from a loan company-loan broker.
We are so happy with PennyMac and their representatives. When it came to deciding about a refinance we would not have gone with another lender due to our past experience with PennyMac and now with our current experience. The experience with Yamilia Jaimes was great, but over all the rest was just ok. We did not close as early as we were initially told, we were told there would be no money needed as closing, which was not the case at first, and this created another set back. But Yamilia kept us updated and fixed the errors for us as quickly as she could.
Everything was completed very quickly and correctly. All persons involved were knowledgeable and friendly!!!!

Pennymac was surprisingly easy to work with from the application to closing process. Their team was super friendly and professional throughout the whole deal.
