The experience with Yamilia Jaimes was great, but over all the rest was just ok. We did not close as early as we were initially told, we were told there would be no money needed as closing, which was not the case at first, and this created another set back. But Yamilia kept us updated and fixed the errors for us as quickly as she could.

Pennymac was surprisingly easy to work with from the application to closing process. Their team was super friendly and professional throughout the whole deal. Marcia was nice and communicated with me at every step. When there was an issue at closing she took care of the problem. I have already recommended Pennymac to a few friends.
For something so significant as purchasing a home I think it would be better if the customer could work with maybe one loan officers on getting this done.
I had the opportunity to work with another company. Right at day one ,I was not happy with the way they handled things. I was not happy with how they represented themselves and the company. So I stopped communicating with them. Penny Mac's employees are very professional and courteous and friendly. The company's policy of working with their customers is very good. That is why I stayed with Penny Mac I am in a safe place with them.
