Excellent!
Lack of communication during loan process, no calls, am doing all the calls and still had to communicate with the loan processor. All this will have closed earlier if the communication was clear.
I was given weekly updates on the process which was great. Brandy, Jamiya and others were really helpful. Most importantly, we received excellent customer care.
The process was through and very quick. Todd Rasmussen was phenomenal to work with, so through that I didn't require any additional information during the following steps of the process. Very impressive.
She made everything very easy to understand.
Amanda Picariello was great, answered all my questions, got back with me when she said she would, kept me updated, made the entire process easier and enjoyable.
