Ashton was fantastic!! Sadly many of your other employees were terrible. Please look in my records. My first loan was botched beyond repair. The second one was almost ruined again until I contacted a VP of the company and he assigned me to Ashton who saved the loan. The loss I suffered from the incompetence from the first loan managers can’t be quantified. It was a nightmare that I am glad is over. We had poor communication with Ashton and every time he called and left a message, we would try to call back and he would already be out of the office. Angela walters was the person that really helped us! She helped us threw the whole process. I may have spoken to Ashton maybe once

I was told Loan Officer was going to call me on 2 occasions when I was upset, they did NOT! My completed closing paperwork was sent to my second vacation home and set on the porch. Unacceptable, dangerous and unprofessional. I had a better offer (rate) and was told, we'll match it only to then be told it was not an official offer, can't match. I didn't pursue the other offer because of the deceptive statement that I believed. Then I had the promotional offer from PennyMac for .50 point or $1,000 at closing, again deceptive s... read more
