Brent gave detailed, weekly updates on the status of the loan and what next steps I'd anticipate. Very articulate and clear. Documentation gathering process was not too bad either.

I was very happy with Brent, he was responsive, professional , accurate. My initial contact, Mark Guillermo, was also excellent. The problem came when I was told before signing that my income was too low, which was inaccurate. Nothing had changed, but no one could explain why it was suddenly lower, even with my bank statements in front of them, the same. That caused me a month of worry and stress, and a loss of confidence in PennyMac.

Every process was explain down to the very detail and all info I needed was given to me at once so they left me with no questions at the end of the conversation. Everyone was extremely nice and very patient. Im going to refer everyone to PennyMac! Super happy!
