Brent gave detailed, weekly updates on the status of the loan and what next steps I'd anticipate. Very articulate and clear. Documentation gathering process was not too bad either.
My closing cost documents had an issue regarding the total cost of the loan. Three times a notary public had to come to my house to have me resign the documents. I understand time limitation because of covid 19, but having the documents incorrectly filled out and having a notary public come out here 3 times was disheartening. Moving forward with the home loan, I hope that everything will be smooth sailing from now on. Your company came highly recommended by a friend/coworker of mine, thank you.
I was very happy with Brent, he was responsive, professional , accurate. My initial contact, Mark Guillermo, was also excellent. The problem came when I was told before signing that my income was too low, which was inaccurate. Nothing had changed, but no one could explain why it was suddenly lower, even with my bank statements in front of them, the same. That caused me a month of worry and stress, and a loss of confidence in PennyMac.
I recommended you guys to people at my work. I’ve had a great experience with this company. I would definitely recommend doing business with this people.
