Smooth process.
Not exceptional service. I was told the closing was delayed due to high demand of people wanting to refinance.
Kyle was a great through the entire process. I was hoping to get it all done a little sooner than expected. However, given the circumstances I thought everything was handled in a very professional manor!
We had several issues where we had to resend the same documents 2 or 3 times. The underwriting experience was unacceptable as we had provided all of our documents in a timely manner, but we kept getting questioned about a rental house we own in another state and never received satisfactory responses as to why they said we did not disclose this property (we sent 3 times the mortgage payment and other related documents for this home over a 2 month period).
There was not enough communication. It was very hard to get ahold of someone that could tell me anything about my loan. Even online I could not see information about my loan because it was never updated.
My experience with PennyMac was exceptional due to Kelly’s outstanding service and diligence. She did an excellent job responding quickly and accurately. Kelly Lange is by far the best loan officer I have ever dealt with, she deserves recognition and appreciation by your company.

Any response to any of my messages or emails asking for updates and my utter disappointment and dissatisfaction with the company would have been appreciated. One person of the multiple I reached out to actually returned my calls. I tried writing here all of the things that went wrong and ran out of space. I had 4 closings scheduled. Only one of them was cancelled. The other 2 was radio silence. No call. No show. Very unprofessional. Wishing i used another company for my refinancing.
PennyMac has serviced our loan for the last two years and we have been able to refinance through them both times we have had a refi. We are so happy to have PennyMac as our provider. Thank you for always ensuring a smooth transition with our documents and loan!!
