PennyMac worked with me the entire time I was traveling, and setup the closing in another state.
The whole precosse Was great and easy.
The closing took a little longer because of lawyer availability of a closing lawyer do to COVID-19. But other than that everything went great.

Everyone was great and helped me though the process. It was very easy from start to finish.
Overall process was great. I think my experience was different because of COVID restrictions but the process was lengthier and not totally their fault. I think there could better communication overall but I was happy with the process.
The docusign wasn't working and no one could figure out why. There was no office to do paperwork for closing documents. The notary was just that and couldn't answer any questions we had.
