Out of the whole process, Nichole was the most helpful typically she would always answer the phone and provide answers. Follow up could had been better but I know these are crazy busy times. Brock the loan officer was terrible I would never recommend no one. He did not keep his word and even on closing time documents were not accurate. Even now that we ‘closed’ I’m still dealing with the other lender because the payoff was incorrect. Now I have to be wasting time in reaching out to them to fix
too many docs asked for again. The whole process took over 3 months. Original signing was cancelled by the closing team 15 minutes before the meeting. Overall communication via email or phone was not that easy and it really felt like my loan was NOT a priority to the closing team. I had to get a hold of my original loan officer, at one point, to get a response from the processors. I understand that a lot of people were refinancing, that is why I accepted the slow movement of my loan.
The process was surprisingly fast even during the current climate as well as easy.
My husband and I had a great experience with PennyMac. The “MyMAC” team especially Sumayrrah was wonderful, professional and customer service was above and beyond with her. She would touch base with us at least twice a week to make sure all our questions were answered and all needed documents were provided. Overall, I would definitely recommend PennyMac to my family and friends (my best friend is purchasing her first home and looking forward to working with PennyMac). My loan officer was awesom
Smooth refinance
Great rates. Friendly service. Only drawback was same documents requested multiple times and delayed response to questions due to large volume of loans being processed. Overall, process was clear and professional.
My refinancing process was seamless and such a breeze thanks to the team at Penny Mac. They made it quick and simple to understand all the steps so nothing was missed along the way. The team was a joy to work with and made me feel at ease at every step of the way.
Customer service was great. Agent was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with all the questions I asked. Great experience and will definitely recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.
