I was told it would take 6 weeks for the whole thing to close and be over. It took 5 months! I am very happy with the end results. I was just not very pleased waiting 5 months.

I was glad to be able to refinance my home mortgage with Penny Mac. It took a lot longer than I had hoped it would but in the end Penny Mac helped get the mortgage done correctly and as expected. I appreciate the help they gave me and how they worked to make it right in the end. Thanks to Jenny German for all her help with the process.
