Lack of timely and accurate communication. Closing got postponed several times due to errors from PennyMac underwriting.

I was told it would take 6 weeks for the whole thing to close and be over. It took 5 months! I am very happy with the end results. I was just not very pleased waiting 5 months.
My POC Glenn was always very prompt and clear with his responses to my questions. He was also patient with some of the frustrations I had with the process, none of which were the fault of any individual employee of PennyMac (just the process itself was frustrating at times).
