I had a previous mortgage with PennyMac and it was such an easy transition to my re-fy. I got the terms I was hoping for and had clear and timely communication from my PennyMac team. Thank you.
Everything was good except Glenn. He never had an answer for my questions. He always said " its a process". Not happy with Glenn but Daniel Pollock was GREAT.

Overall process was great. I think my experience was different because of COVID restrictions but the process was lengthier and not totally their fault. I think there could better communication overall but I was happy with the process.

Everyone I worked with at PennyMac was great. The refinance went through as promised. My only complaint is the online portal to submit documents is horrendous. PennyMac should consider a complete front end application rewrite not only to meet the standards of other lenders, but hopefully provide one of the best platforms around.
