Everything went very smoothly. Got weekly phone calls from Nick to update the loan status and whenever I had a question he got me an answer within 24 hours. Highly recommended.
Helpful information & good stream of communication
The process of refinancing was super smooth and everything was really clear. Really happy with the company and would definitely recommend.
Not sure what took an 8-12 week delay from application start to closing, other than PennyMac being backed up and slow with processing.
Never received an accurate amount of funds required to close. Still haven't received my closing documents. Still haven't received a refund check after having closed over 2 weeks ago (I did 3 loans at once with PennyMac). I don't think Nicole knows what she is doing - I had to ask for what amount of funds would be needed to close the loans - neither amount I was provided was correct. She seems to do the minimum required - I asked for my closing docs and she says that it's up to the closing compan
