Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The customer service was great and I am very happy with the terms of my loan.
Information was not provided inaccurately. Loan officer gave me wrong information about rate and points. Also, my closing date was moved without noticing me in advance. Closing did not happen as scheduled since the attorney didn't have enough paperworks from PennyMac. It was so disorganized. In addition, the managers were not responsive neither. They gave me option to call for emergency but no one had responded to my calls. I would not recommend PennyMac for anyone.
Molly was great to work with and we love having our loan with Penny Mac. The streamline was seemless. Thank you!
