Choosing PennyMac for my refinance was an incredibly unexpected fantastic decision! I knew nothing about the company but was done with the big corporate negative bank experience. With PennyMac I immediately knew I was in the best possible hands from the start of my loan application to funding of my loan. Nothing isn't going to be done with these useless surveys. I doubt anyone even reads them!! I've already communicated all the issues and my grievances with multiple parties within PennyMac. I would NOT recommend friends and family of them!

Excellent professionalism from tje beginning to the end. Mr. Jonathan Warren , who helped from the beginning with the application , and the website was very patient and kind. More than once, I was getting frustrated over the instructions. He told me to listen to him and be patient. When I called the team, Macy always answered my questions. and the entire team did a fantastic job. Thanks.
