Molly, was exceptional. Everything was very clear to me and communication was great.
The team was great and answered any questions I had.
Loan officer, Lauren, was very helpful and quick to respond.
My loan closer was very thorough with me and made the process very smoothly for me.
Solutions being provided sooner rather than later, and those said solutions being accomplished by the lender rather than myself having to do legwork each and every day, throughout the day to keep it moving forward. Otherwise, the lending agent was down to earth and easy to talk to. Lastly, a change in advice was experienced putting me in a position that I otherwise would not have been in.
Icenia and Everardo responded to communications clearly and effectively. I was kept up to date during the process. Everything went great!
First please know loan offOver Angie Wu was AMAZING! processor icenia Davis did her best and was pleasant. the process took too long, closing cancelled 3 times due to lack of info. ms Davis clearly was too busy and It took her days often to get back to me. I was an existing client of 7 years and never missed a payment. I should have been an easy Close. The inability to speak directly to a person was frustrating. Example at 430CST the night before the closing they were just verifying my employm
Even though they were incredibly busy, they made an effort to make sure I was informed. I’m glad I only had one contact, which is rare for large companies. There was one snafu with my property being mistakenly classified as being in a flood zone but they handled it immediately with no back and forth. And I got money back, win-win for me. Closing took awhile, but again with the rates being so low, they are overloaded and that was to be expected.
