Once I transitioned from Derek to Glenn, the communication was poor. I asked Glenn a few questions regarding my old loan versus the new loan and he didnt have an answer. My old loan type was FHA or USDA versus the new loan type shows conventional. Glenn didnt know what FHA nor USDA was in order to tell me the difference. Also, I asked about the MCC credit that was on my last loan to ensure it was on the new loan as well. He referred me to servicing.

Information was not provided inaccurately. Loan officer gave me wrong information about rate and points. Also, my closing date was moved without noticing me in advance. Closing did not happen as scheduled since the attorney didn't have enough paperworks from PennyMac. It was so disorganized. In addition, the managers were not responsive neither. They gave me option to call for emergency but no one had responded to my calls. I would not recommend PennyMac for anyone.
