The loan process was super easy. Everything was done in a timely manner. The loan officer was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Mistakes were made on the paperwork during the process that caused extra steps, and increased stress.
Once I transitioned from Derek to Glenn, the communication was poor. I asked Glenn a few questions regarding my old loan versus the new loan and he didnt have an answer. My old loan type was FHA or USDA versus the new loan type shows conventional. Glenn didnt know what FHA nor USDA was in order to tell me the difference. Also, I asked about the MCC credit that was on my last loan to ensure it was on the new loan as well. He referred me to servicing.
All went as I was promised.
Seriously one of the easiest things I had to do! Could not be happier. I work two full time jobs and am a single father of two, they made it painless.!!!
