Everything about this process was great. The team of staff assigned to work with us were professional and very supportive. Our initial loan officer, Keith, was especially helpful in that he communicated things very clearly to us and really went to bat for us to help us with our needs. We would definitely recommend Penny Mac to any of our friends and family.

Specialists are great and keep you updated and are very kind. It takes a long time to refinance though so keep that in mind as you might have to supply more than 1 current pay stub. The website is easy to navigate where you upload documents.
