It was easier than I thought. Ms. Sierra was great. She reached out to me every week with updates. If I had a question she always answered the phone. The process was very simple.

My experience with Kyle was easy and painless. We managed to get through the loan process easily and all over the phone. Kyle was very effective in explaining the process and getting me through steps to my refinance. Would highly recommend.

Responses to emails in a more timely fashion, some emails were even left unanswered, & I would need to call multiple times. Sonia never returned my last phone calls or emails , and she didn't return Nicolas' emails or calls either on my behalf. The loan documents were never all reviewed with me, I had questions at the closing which unbeknownst to me the individual that was sent to my house was unable to answer those questions - she was just there to have me sign the documents. conflicting info

Kyle was amazing! Answered all my questions and was very patient with me, the whole process seemed overwhelming at first but once we started messaging he made me feel very comfortable with the entire procedure. A very satisfied customer!
