I had a very streamlined, professional and pleasant experience dealing with PennyMac Loans. I was already a satisfied customer when I decided to look into refinancing my mortgage. As soon as I submitted my online request, their representatives got right back to me with follow-up phone calls and emails. Communication was excellent. I was never left in the dark about what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. I am thankful to Mr. Brent Kapaun for his professionalism and coaching throughout.

No communication with Miss Payton I asked for a call back several times never heard anything at all she kept requesting the same documents over and over and over again which were not needed very very poor communication would not recommend Pennymac to do a refi at all she needs to go find another job

My experience with Gary Sahakian was top notch. Had questions answered and process explained. My experience with Cheree Payton was also pleasant and she explained the process and how when to expect closing. She too answered the few questions i had.
