The ball was dropped multiple times on our loan. First, my SSN was incorrectly input into the system and credit report could not be pulled. I was never notified until I received a call, After the appraisal, that my file was going to be closed because you were missing information that I was never told was missing. Finally after 7 months we closed. The notary lost our entire closing file/FDX package. Not notified. Again. After a week we were finally told the docs were closed. Unprofessional.

Brent Kapaun was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable with regard to his handling of my refinance process. I had to submit the same documents a couple of times, but Brent would always call me to let me know that the documents were received, and everything was in order. I appreciate Brent's assistance throughout the refinance process.
Simple process done very quickly and very good service
Serious lack of communication, professionalism. Every time I deal with Pmac theres confusion, multiple requests for the same docs. The folks at Pmac struggle.
What made it great was that it was easy to do. We only needed a few documents and the rest was just waiting on the closing date.
Closing documents were incorrect up to the closing date. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience...
