Great team work, quick responses to every question. Accurate estimates and forecasts, meet or exceeded every commitment. Interestingly, this was going on when the entire country was interested and inquiring about refinancing and they made me feel as if I was their only client. PennyMac provides Super Service!

Our documents were not ready for the notary on our expected closing date. Additionally, the multiple requests for documents after we had already sent them in were sometimes frustrating. More streamlined communication between parties handling the loan would have made things go more smoothly. However, Icenia Davis was incredible - any time I brought any issue to her attention, she resolved it promptly.
The whole process was easy and simple!!
