Kami went above & beyond to save me money, give me a better deal & retain me as her client. I had signed closing with another mortgage company because of the delay. On informing her she roped in a Sales Manager who broke down costs & explained to me why I should remain with PennyMac. The process again got delayed & she pulled in her direct Boss to call me & confirm the reason for the delay. Overall an amazing experience. Kami is your great asset, nurture her.
