As this was the first time we have ever refinanced, I would call Icenia with random questions. 🙂 She always was happy to help and took the time to answer my questions.
The entire process, end-to-end, was one of the most painful customer experience processes I've ever experienced. The only saving grace was Grace Kapaun. After over 10 attempts to escalate to Icenia's manager, I was finally able to escalate over him and work with Grace. She pulled this process back on track, saved my business, and was consistent and delightful to work with. Without her, I would have haulte the process entirely and gone elsewhere.
Things moved quickly and all requests were clear. I had a good understanding of the process and timelines.

Poor communications skills. Unprofessional loan processors using the pandemic as an excuse not to reply to emails or return phone calls. After 2 months of incorrect paperwork, lack of communications and 2 failed closing appointments, Ms Adams was the Manager that saved this relationship.

The level of communication was great. Questions were answered quickly, issues resolved quickly. And Lauren was always pleasant to interact with. I appreciate her and Jeremiah and helping us refi in a timely and successful way.
