Nichole was kind and understand through the whole process. She was able to accommodate to meet our needs (especially with the closing date). It was a pleasure to work with her!
The process took a long time to get to the signing stage. The first signing apt was missed by the document person. Left numerous messages with Kami about the missed apt and received no response. Called Kami's manager and no response (left VM). When I did get a hold of Kami she behaves as though she didn't know what was going on. I must have left 4 VMs. She had to have known!

Nichole Littleon did a wonderful job. There should be more Nichole"s in your company.
Cheree did a horrible job at communicating. She didn't answer the calls 90% of the time. She didn't answer my questions on closing costs. Rather than asking all the documents at once, she continued asking for them, which made it so unpredictable.
It took way to long to get closed
We had a great refinancing experience with Penny Mac they answered all our questions and made the process as easy as can be i would definetely recommened.
I love working with Pennymac. This is my second mortgage with them. They are very easy to do business with.
