No bumps in the road. Easy and hardly effected my regular life schedule
Every question was answered truthfully and to the best of Jenny’s ability. It was a quick closing. Nothing was missing. I was given a closing cost estimate that was reasonable. I originally can for an equity loan but I didn’t have enough equity and I was introduced to a FHA Streamline. I love PennyMac and will continue to do business with you guys for all my mortgages.
