this is more about the entire industry than my rep but the process is bad and in need of a disruptive element to enter the industry to can give us a better way. Multiple requests for the same docs, telling the client they are done and then asking for more and more documents. Your traditional service is the taxi industry, don't be surprised when an UBER comes along

I had limited interaction with Incenia but she always kept me well updated on the status of my loan and answered my questions. I really have to rave about my experience with my loan officer Jeffery. Though I only spoke with him during my first call, we spoke for almost 2 hours to get everything set up and make the decision to refinance. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and a huge factor in why I decided to refinance. I’ve been very happy with the whole Pennymac team. Thank you!
To whom it may concern: The amount of time from start to finish was doubled! I realize with that said that 2 factors came into play: 1st covid-19 caused people to work from home, and 2nd because of an increase in business PennyMac had to hire many underwriters who were learning on the job! With these 2 factors mentioned I can understand the long closing time but never anticipated it when the refinance process started!
