Everything past the original sales person Eddie Manchura who was super to work with while he was making the sale. It was very unprofessional, poorly processed, I never even talked to Kelly Lang until days before my closing was to take place. The signing agency you use is a joke. Amrock?It took 3 attempts to get that done I was ready to cancel the whole thing. You wasted two of my days and I felt like I should be getting paid not you. I like PennyMac, but I would not recommend them to my kids

The whole process to refinance was very timely. I would recommend the PennyMac team to anyone, especially friends and to consider PennyMac first for quality and professional service.

Overall it was a great experience from the loan application to closing. My loan processor is always answered or returned my calls and answered my questions.

We were told at our closing we should not make any mortgage payments until November. Our new loan coupons should be arriving by then for the new payment....but in the meantime I’m getting emails and phone calls asking why I haven’t paid my mortgage? And the payout check has yet to be received and we closed on the loan 9/1/2020, three weeks ago. Just concerned we have been taken for a scam or a ride?
