The whole process to refinance was very timely. I would recommend the PennyMac team to anyone, especially friends and to consider PennyMac first for quality and professional service.
The process was quick and easy. Every step was communicated well and the people I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful.
Communication at closing was not timely and did not meet expectations. We were notified the day of scheduled signing or day before that our employers had not responded to employment confirmation requests and this had our signing rescheduled. For one of the times, I got notice from our ServiceLink notary and not from our PennyMac loan officer at all just a few hours before our scheduled signing. Aubrey ended up responding us after hours and we really appreciated him.
Communication was fantastic! Quick and efficient from beginning to end. Thank you Anthony and my MAC team for making this such an easy process.
Missed first closing date. Preliminary closing documents were not accurate enough. Experienced delay in responding to questions. No one covered for loan officer when he had a family emergency.
