Issues with closing dates and paper work.
Considering covid in the process it was a pleasantly pleasing process
It was very stressful my mortgage ended up being more than what they said and at the beginning of the loan process the loan officers would never return my phone calls . I was alllways calling for someone to help me it was so stressful. I finally got some help by a loan officer name Macy Brown and if it wasn’t for her I would have went to another company even after all the months it took me
I appreciated the weekly updates on my loan process and the fact i could upload my documents on my time rather than having to take time from work to process. The mobile notary allowed us to conintue to work and schedule it around our schedule.
My process from the beginning of my loan application to the final in closing was a very smooth process. Everything was done in a timely manner. KUDOS to Tony Torres in keeping me updated.
It was a great decision that i chose to refinance with PennyMac. The whole experience was very smooth, from getting a quote to closing. Kyle was very prompt in keeping me updates and answering all my questions throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with the whole MAC team and i look forward to working with them again in the future.
There was an severe lack of communication with regard to several aspects, most importantly, getting the appraisal completed. Cheree was unwilling to research the problem and find answers leaving me to reach out to management to get the problem resolved. Your company hired the appraiser yet claimed they were unable to find out where the appraisal was when the appraiser claimed to have turned it in. Cheree was nothing short of rude to me and always unfriendly. I just wanted information.
The refinance process was well explained and all my questions were answered promptly. I received a very competitive rate and I would definitely recommend PennyMac.
