The process was very easy and painless

Took longer then we expected, however was within the 60 days they said it could take.. it was to be expected with the low interest rates and current housing market. It was wonderful, I am just an impatient girl..
I was led to believe that the process will be simple and swift. It was way worse. It required more paperwork compared to purchasing a home and instead of 6 weeks, it took 10.
The entire process from beginning to end was made extremely stress free. From the approval process with Ignacio Barrientos, who was very very pleasant and knowledgeable. To the closing process with Brent Kapaun, who was amazing. He walked me through ever step. He was courteous and informative and patient. I can’t thank him enough. They were an amazing team.
I really like the team and my agent when I had a questions he were returned my call or answered my Right away and we keep me informed on everything step of the process I am really happy with the service
