There was misleading information given, Nicholas did not even know which customer he was communicating with. Had no shows with notary was told wasn’t the problem of penny mac. When dealing with the supervisor Ron O’Neal was Never contacted back by a supervisor. Settlement was a month later then it should have been. Very unpleasant experience with Nicholas Guerrero and Ron O’Neal.
Smooth process. Molly was very helpful.
