My loan team was awesome and honestly it went very quick and smooth even with changes midstream to my income. I would highly recommend Penny Mac to anyone for a home loan or refinance!

Good experience from start to finish
The communication when it was time to close could’ve been much better! I was completely lost on my closing date. I had no final closing disclosures nor did I know how much I was expected to bring to closing. I called Penny Mac repeatedly on my closing date and no one could help me. I didn’t know the closing was still on the schedule until my doorbell rang.
It's just the timing with low rates and Corona virus that bottleneck
They work with my refinance and gave me the best rate. No stress in the process. I recommend them!!!
