My loan processor Kyle always stayed in touch with me. Every time I needed him he was always there to answer any questions I had. Kyle provided excellent customer service and I enjoyed working with him through my refinance process.

This loan took over 2 months to close after initially starting the refinance process. Closing was extremely frustrating as I talked to multiple people with penny Mac and no one could give me the same answer twice. Closing were scheduled at my house and no one showed up or called. My title company had to fight tooth and nail just to get a response for my loan. Waste of time refinancing with this company.

Everyone i spoke with had the answer to any questions i had. The process was smooth and simple. The only issues we had were with communication, and i would blame that on people working remotely due to COVID.

Only complaint is the cash back on the loan estimate wasn't what was expressed. I attribute that to a 2 month lag in the first payment on the refinance based on the closing date being at the end of the month. Would've been nice to been made aware of that. 2k cash back was expressed. 800 is what was on the closing documents. Disappointing but I'm sure there's a reason.
