Erika was great. She was helpful, but the overall process was complex and I never knew where I was in the process. A process roadmap with a you are here icon would be helpful.
Our loan officer was very helpful. He did most of the work and we just signed a bunch of papers. Works for me. :)
Very good communication. Updates received both by e-mail and by phone were very helpful. Issues that arose were resolved timely. Process for the most part went smoothly.
Took longer than I thought, ask for repeated documents that I had no access to.

The process was very smooth and Icenia did a wonderful job of keeping us updated as the refinance went through processing. We even closed sooner than I expected!
