My husband and I refinanced our house and the process was quick and easy.

I was very nervous about refinancing my home online. This process can be intimidating, wondering whether refinancing is the right thing to do for your family at this time. I was concerned about discussing all of my personal information with people I could not see. But, everything went well in with all aspects of the refinancing process. It was the right decision for me, and PennyMac made it easy.
John Buchanan was very, professional, articulate, and helpful throughout the entire process! John should be elevated to upper Amanagement!

Tony was great throughout the process. The initial expectations provided by the Loan Officer suggested the loan could close by early June, but this ended up being unrealistic. Tony did his best to keep us apprised of the progress and was prompt in responding to any of our questions or concerns.
Survey covered everything. No complaints.
The process was seamless and the interactions were always positive and proactive. The M.A.C. team was great!
