My experience with PennyMac refinance services has been pleasant once I go the Loan Office on the Line - the phone lines were busy- due to the rate drop. The loan officer went over the numbers and I made the decision on the call itself to go ahead. As promised the My MAC team contacted me - Eric and touched based regularly to keep me posted on every step of the process. He answered all my questions. Thank you :)

One of the team members left while working on the loan. We had signed the closing documents and was never contacted until Jason followed up. We had to redo. Jason was apologetic and supportive. He took care of everything and was fantastic!!!

Great is a positive word; but I would also add "comfortable". When I finally went with my existing Mortgage Provider, I was comfortable with the process. Thank you...just wish Appraisal was a little higher for an even lower monthly mortgage amount...but happy. My future is more comfortable.

My loan officer was great! She was very informative and helpful. However, closing was awful. Unfortunately I was working with Emeldo. He was very unorganized, I would ask him to give me time frames to talk on the phone which he never followed. I got emails from him late at night asking for documents I already have sent. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Little or No communication from my loan officer Tracy Parker. Refi took 2 1/2 months to close. Once Carmelita Villarreal took over it went pretty fast, but that wasn't until 2 months into the process.
