Loan pricing and documents review was smooth and professional. However the closing was not handled efficiently. On the day of closing Kami Weber answered my call 5 times placed me on speaker and continued on a different conversation, while I kept trying to get her attention. Last time she did that she even said to herself that I could wait and I placed my call on hold. Quite unprofessional. However I’m considering the work done to bring the loan to a close. Therefore giving a just ok rating.
From start to close the whole process was made very easy and everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful.

Very smooth refinance
Our loan manager, Glenn, was very nice! Unfortunately, it took 4 months to complete our refinance due to COVID, house construction, and family emergencies on the loan processor's part. I was most frustrated by the miscommunication between the third party Boston organization used by PennyMac to work out the appraisal and scheduling the notary- not sure what happened there. I was disappointed that the whole process took this long, but I am very grateful that it is over now! Thankyou.
Clinton was very polite and handled business very professionally. He was courteous and very well mannered. My issue throughout the whole process was that nobody replied to any of my emails asking questions during the refi process nor after complete, not ONCE! I emailed several times following up and asking questions and not one response, ever. Also did not receive one confirmation for anything that I submitted. Very poor service overall for the fees I was charged. Not satisfied.
Service was amazing. I received weekly emails about the loan process and always received prompt responses to any questions.
Brent was FANTASTIC. I felt like he was "on it" and he was very clear in telling me what to expect. I thought the experience was so good that I asked for him to be the loan officer for my rental home refi.
