John and his team were very communicative, professional And prompt. They were always accessible if you had any questions either by email or phone. It was a wonderful experience to purchase my new house to PennyMac.

Hard to talk to someone when calling and when not speaking to my main point of contact the other associates not friendly and rude .
It was challenging for everyone because of the covid 19 pandemic but there wasn’t any problems
