Service was amazing. I received weekly emails about the loan process and always received prompt responses to any questions.
When there's multiple people involved in the process or someone takes over an application/account they should know the history of the case.
Process seemed to go pretty smooth and received updated on progress at the end of each week.
Brent was FANTASTIC. I felt like he was "on it" and he was very clear in telling me what to expect. I thought the experience was so good that I asked for him to be the loan officer for my rental home refi.
