From start to finish this was a better experience than I expected. Every PennyMac representative was polite, informative and professional, as well as friendly. Our process went smoothly and the loan closed sooner than I expected. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Thank you for being polite and wonderful and knowledgeable! Jazmyne was absolutely awesome calling us and emailing us and we always felt like we were in great hands. Thank you Josh too for the perfect help in figuring out what our needs were number wise. Our loan closed one month earlier than expected. You guys are the best!!
If the correct information would have been shared with me in reference to the cashier's check. I was given the wrong amount and who to make it out to. I was able to resolve this with the Company Service link by wiring the correct amount to them in order to make the closing actually work. Also, when we were speaking on the telephone going over my information, my phone disconnected and you did not call me back and when I called you, you did not pick up. Overall, in the end it worked out for me
