The whole process was very professional and everyone got back to us in a timely manner but the issue was that penny mac website for uploading documents was not capable to accept increased gig documents. This resulted in a set back and documents being asked for repetitively. Not only that no one was able to say why the documents weren't uploaded and the continued delay was annoying. In the end I was able to do a direct email for the documents by decreasing DPI so that the data stream was minimize

Our process started off a bit on the rocky side due to some issues with the first agent. However it was all taken care of very promptly and the process went smoothly and very successfully. I would definitely recommend Pennymac!!
