The whole process was very professional and everyone got back to us in a timely manner but the issue was that penny mac website for uploading documents was not capable to accept increased gig documents. This resulted in a set back and documents being asked for repetitively. Not only that no one was able to say why the documents weren't uploaded and the continued delay was annoying. In the end I was able to do a direct email for the documents by decreasing DPI so that the data stream was minimize
Everything was so smooth from the application process to the execution.
I know this took longer due to Covid 19. Contacting people was difficult. I feel Penny Mac should have reached out to me years ago and helped us we refinancing I had been paying 7% for many years. I tried previously but you wanted so may charges. So thank you we now have a lower interest.

After loan was approved PennyMac kept asking me for more information and loan took to long to close.
Everyone from start to finish made this experience seamless. All the reps I spoke with were on the same page and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you Raveena and PennyMac !!!
Max was great. The process was a lot more lengthy then it should have been to no fault of his. My first loan officer before him didn't do his diligence. Max took over and worked as hard as he could to make things go as quick and smoothly as possible and I appreciate it.
