I had to make many phone calls regarding my documents. I got different answers from everyone I spoke with. There was a payoff quote needed from another bank. It took weeks to find out what the hold up was. I called the other bank and they told me they had sent it numerous times. Many of my messages went unreturned. Overall a very frustrating experience.

My experience started out great but ended badly due to multiple canceling and rescheduling of the closing date. Communication with the title company wasn't efficient. The notary was in a rush and didn't explain the documents. I requested the funds be deposited into my bank account and provided a VOIDED check but they still sent me a check in the mail. I don't recommend the title company. I'm still waiting for the courtesy credit offered to me by PennyMac due to the unsatisfactory experience.

I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't poor. Just seemed to take longer than expected.

My closing documents at signing were incorrect. I notified the loan officer and was told i would receive a follow up call. I have yet to hear back. I have called yet no answer. My loan was supposed to fund and i have no idea whats happening with the update based in the incorrect #s
