Streamline was an smooth easy process!
Communication is key. I was never even contacted to review the closing documents. I had to call to schedule the actual closing date myself. When I did speak to the processor she acted as though I was a nuisance to her. I only spoke to her once throughout the entire process. The only part of the process that I received good service was when I initially applied and spoke to the person who pre-qualified me.
Greg was fantastic throughout the refinance process. He went above and beyond to work with us in very difficult circumstances and was always available to answer our questions.
Our lender was great and made the process a complete breeze! Was able to sign the documents right at my house on my lunch break. Communication was wonderful throughout. I would highly recommend PennyMac!

*Communications were done only thru email, a personal phone call would have been nice. *I was told i didn't need mortgage insurance, and i did. *I was told i was going to get $2000 back at closing, then $500 back - I received $350
This was a faster process than I expected. Overall I'm happy with the outcome.
