1. You did not stick to your original loan estimate. The only cost that was considerably different was the rate cost which should not have changed. 2. When the closing costs were drastically different than the loan estimate, no one communicated with me about the changes. I had to call every week for several weeks before someone was able to find out why. 3. Over promised, under delivered. Daily Webb kept assuring me the changes were a computer glitch and there were no real issues. Was not true

The beginning of the process was great. During the process I had questions and had a very hard time understanding what was required of me in the E-Doc system. It was confusing as it was the same over and over and I could not tell what was new and what I had to do. The closing went fine and was completed in a timely matter.

My experience with my ReFi to lower my interest rate over the life of my loan went better than expected. The loan closed very quickly and I’m very happy with my results after refinancing only 6 months after purchasing my home. The processor and mortgage Leander did an amazing job
