If max was in charge of my loan from the beginning of the process
Constant updates. Answers were quick. Progress was smooth
the rate= great 1% drop but 2.69 ($2500) points charged was not explained until the final documents for examination, With points and all charges the cost of refinance was $5400,4.8%. I called to discuss a point reduction, officer who began the loan was no longer my officer and I had to deal with a new loan officer who explained the points. I was a week from closing and decided to just "eat it". The I wanted to drop my payment $150, ends up only being $65. could have done better Big winner P.Mac
