Terrible customer service from Brittany Claypool, Ronald O’Neal and Bryan Devore. I left voicemails and sent emails with no reply. I only got answers to my questions if I called customer service. After closing I learned my homeowners insurance had not been paid. I had to pay out of pocket to keep my policy from expiring. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I totally felt like no one cared. Not a good feeling and I will never forget how I felt as a customer.

Easy process, just a lot of info needed
I was informed about all the documents that I needed to Refi the house. I made requests for information online about the process and was contacted the next day or so about what I needed. Thank You again for helping me with this Refinance.
Representatives and loan officers were easy to access anytime I had a question. They went over numbers with me so that I could understand.
The company works very well with the clients and i had a very quick closing and sooner that expected .
