If the people returned calls. I was told they would call me back then no call back. Loan took 60 + days to close. Could possibly have something to do with the pandemic why it took so long to close however people not getting back to you is unacceptable. I am so glad it is over.

I thought I would get back more money than I have received according to people I talked to. I see on TV advertisements companies that do not charge closing cost, etc. as PennyMac does and interest rate is lower. Also I have had my previous loan with you and now I wonder...was my name correct on the documents as on the closing documents you had my middle initial incorrect (should be I not L). In fact, I would like a new copy of my closing documents with the necessary changes.

I was told 0 closing costs but during the process it then changed to I owe 400 then to I owe 500 dollars then I followed up and it took several attempts to them be told penny Mac will pay me. That was a bit frustrating.

PennyMac was great! Once we finally got in touch with a mortgage rep, things went quick and smooth! Our refinance was successful and we definitely saved money, and will save money in the future! Glad to have PennyMac take care of us.
